  • Booking confirmation with a 30% deposit of the trip’s value.
  • Full payment must be made at least 21 days before departure.
  • Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: a fee of €100.00 for administrative costs will be withheld.
  • Cancellation between [44] and [31] days before departure: a 30% fee of the trip’s value will be withheld.
  • Cancellation between [30] and [21] days before departure: a 50% fee of the trip’s value will be withheld.
  • Cancellation 20 days before departure: the entire amount will be withheld.
  • For full chartered services, cruises, skiing, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees may reach up to 100% of the value, regardless of the cancellation notice date.
