  • Up to 45 days before departure: A fee of €100 will be retained for administrative expenses.
  • Between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost will be retained.
  • Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be retained.
  • 20 days or less before departure: The full amount will be retained.

For fully chartered services (charters), cruises, ski trips, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees may reach up to 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation notice date.
