Gathering at Larnaca Airport and departure for Vienna. Arrival, transfer, and check-in at the hotel. Settle into your rooms and overnight stay.
After breakfast, we will start our tour on the famous Ringstrasse, where we will admire the most important sights of Vienna, such as the City Park, the Opera, the Museum Quarter, the Franz Joseph Gate, the neoclassical Parliament, the Gothic-style City Hall, the University, and the Church of the Holy Trinity, and the stunning St. Charles Church. We will continue with a visit to the famous gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, which will impress you. Those who wish can optionally visit the interior of the palace. Return to the hotel and free time to enjoy walks in beautiful Vienna, which annually ranks among the top cities for quality of life. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, departure for the historic center of the city for our walking tour. Our lovely walk begins at the Hofburg Palace, which we will see from the outside. The complex includes the Imperial Apartments, several museums, a chapel, a church, the Austrian National Library, the Winter Riding School, and the offices of the President of Austria. Those who wish can optionally visit the interior of the palace. We will then walk through the Greek Quarter with the Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity and end up at St. Stephen's Cathedral, which was built in the center of the city on the ruins of two earlier churches. Its current form is a mix of Romanesque and Gothic styles, with its most prominent feature being its colorful mosaic roof. Free time to stroll, shop, or visit one of the many excellent museums in the city. Vienna offers supreme classical charm, modern galleries, stylish shops, and amazing restaurants. Return to the hotel on your own. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, free day for an optional excursion to beautiful Salzburg and the Lake District. We will admire a unique landscape with beautiful lakes surrounded by the towering Alps and charming traditional villages that create a fairy-tale scenery. In Salzburg, the birthplace of the great composer Mozart, you will see, among other things, the Mirabell Palace with its beautiful gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Salzach River, Mozart's house, and the imposing Cathedral of the city. Return to Vienna and overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Vienna Airport for the return flight. Arrival in Larnaca in the afternoon.
