Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: A 30% deposit of the trip’s total cost is required.
Full Payment: Must be made at least 21 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: €100 retention for operational expenses.
Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the trip’s value retained.
Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the trip’s value retained.
Cancellation 20 days or less before departure: full retention of the amount.

For chartered transportation Flights, cruises, skiing, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees can reach 100% of the trip’s value, regardless of the notice date.

Itinerary

Gathering at Larnaca Airport and flight to Athens. Upon arrival, we will be transferred via the national road to Porto Heli. Our first stop will be at the Corinth Canal, followed by a visit to the Monastery of Agnountos, known as "Panagia of Agnanta," a significant spiritual site. After free time for lunch in Ligourio, we will proceed to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus to admire its unique acoustics. After visiting the theatre, we will head to the hotel in Porto Heli for check-in. In the evening, we will enjoy a buffet dinner with Lenten dishes, followed by the procession of the Epitaph at the Church of Panagia Evangelistria, located at the entrance of Porto Heli’s bay. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, the day is dedicated to the lush island of Poros. Our first stop will be at the charming village of Ermioni, followed by a visit to the Galatas port, where we will take a short ferry ride to Poros Island. We will hike up to the historic Clock Tower to enjoy the view and feel the splendor of the old times when aristocrats from Athens had their mansions here. Free time to wander around the narrow alleys and whitewashed houses, with plenty of tavernas to choose from. In the evening, we will return to the hotel and rest. Later, we will visit the Church of Panagia Evangelistria at 23:15 for the joyful celebration of the Resurrection. Return to the hotel for a traditional Easter dinner with lamb soup and a rich buffet.

Start Easter day with a festive breakfast in the hotel's outdoor area. The day is free to enjoy the hotel’s activities. Early in the morning, the grills will be set up for the traditional roasting of lamb. A variety of appetizers will be served, followed by a buffet with lamb on the spit, kokoretsi, and other festive dishes at 2 pm. The feast will be accompanied by dancing and music from a disco DJ. In the afternoon, we will visit Porto Heli, a picturesque small village with a closed natural harbor, resembling an island. The tranquil waters and lush nature create a serene atmosphere. Free time to explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will embark on a full-day cruise to Hydra, an island rich in maritime history. In Hydra, we will visit the Metropolis and the Hydra Museum, which houses documents and manuscripts depicting the pre-revolutionary, revolutionary, and post-revolutionary periods of Greek history. Free time for lunch. We will then continue to the beautiful island of Spetses. The island is known for its neoclassical architecture, horse-drawn carriages, pine forests, and crystal-clear waters. You will have the opportunity to visit the house of Laskarina Bouboulina, the mansion of Chatzigiannis Mexis, and the historic Dapia Square. Return to the hotel in the afternoon for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will bid farewell to Porto Heli and head to Nafplio, a town that has preserved its traditional charm over the years. We will take a tour of the picturesque old town and have free time to explore. In the early afternoon, we will depart for Athens Airport and fly back to Larnaca, bringing with us wonderful memories of a festive and unforgettable Easter holiday.
