A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed no later than 21 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Terms
Up to 45 days before departure: €100 withheld for administrative fees.
44 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost is withheld.
30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is withheld.
20 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
For charter services, cruises, ski trips, trade shows, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees may reach 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation date
Day 1: Larnaca - Vienna Meeting at Larnaca airport and departure for Vienna. Arrival, pick-up by our representatives and transfer to the hotel. Arrangement of rooms. Those who want can take a walk in the decorated city. Night.
Breakfast followed by a panoramic tour of the increasingly lively city with a tradition of Christmas events. In the spectacularly decorated streets we find happy bands playing, horse-drawn carriages covered with blankets in a unique festive spectacle. Among others we will see the famous Vienna State Opera, the town hall, the museums of Natural History and Fine Arts, the city's Palatine Theater, the University, the Parliament with the ancient Greek façade, the impressive Wojtivkirche, the Hofburg Palace and the Cathedral of St. Stefanou. Our tour concludes with a visit to the gardens of the palaces of Schönbrunn. Rest of the time free.
Breakfast and free day to use it as you wish. Visit one of the many museums or for those of you who have children visit the zoo or the Natural History Museum, one of the most important historical museums in Europe with over 30 million exhibits (including meteorites and dinosaur bones) that impress young and old visitors. You can stroll through the Prater Theme Park and admire the historic wheel adorned with 36,000 lights. Don't forget to enjoy the wonderful chocolate sweets with first and foremost the sugar tort, the strudel with apple or sour cherry filling and together you can accompany it with a chocolate viennois or fragrant coffee. For the evening we recommend a walk in the area of Ring with the illuminated mansions or enjoy your dinner in one of the traditional Viennese taverns of Greenzing that will take you to other times tasting wine and local delicacies.
Breakfast and free day. We suggest you take part in an optional excursion to the much-sung Viennese Forests. Among others we will see the Liechtenstein Tower, the well-known family that governs the principality between Austria and Switzerland, the Monastery of the Holy Cross and the Mayerling region. There in Mayerling we will see the Habsburg hunting pavilion, known from the sad story of the deaths of Prince Rudolf and Maria Vetsera. Then we will visit the Heilingenkroitz Monastery. Return to Vienna and overnight.
Breakfast and transfer to Vienna airport for the return flight with the sweetest memories with you.
-Excursion to the Viennese forests (half day with a Greek-speaking guide) with a minimum number of participants of 20 people
