Meeting at Larnaca Airport and departure for Vienna. Upon arrival, transfer to Graz, Austria’s second-largest and fairy-tale-like city. Transfer to the hotel, check-in, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, we tour Graz, a city that stretches across both sides of the Mur River, famous for its medieval center and unique architecture. We’ll see the Cathedral, the Mausoleum of Emperor Ferdinand II, the Town Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Murinsel, a futuristic artificial island shaped like a giant seashell.
Later, we depart for Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Upon arrival, hotel check-in and city tour. Highlights include the Lower Town with its squares, tree-lined avenues, and landmarks like the National Theater, University, and Museums.
In the Upper Town, we’ll see the neo-Gothic Cathedral, the Church of St. Mark with its colorful roof, the Parliament, the Government Palace, and the Stone Gate. Overnight in Zagreb.
After breakfast, we head to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park spans thousands of acres and includes 16 interconnected lakes with stunning turquoise waters and cascading waterfalls.
We continue to Rijeka, a famous Croatian port city, known for its lively Korzo pedestrian street filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Hotel check-in and overnight stay.
Morning departure to the elegant seaside town of Opatija, the cradle of Croatian tourism. We stroll along the waterfront, see the statue of the Girl with the Seagull, and admire the Angiolina Park and Austro-Hungarian architecture.
We continue through the Istrian Peninsula, visiting Rovinj, a charming Venetian-style coastal town crowned by the Basilica of St. Euphemia. Free time to explore cobblestone streets, enjoy the local cuisine, and shop for handmade souvenirs. Return to Rijeka and overnight stay.
After breakfast, we visit nearby Trieste, Italy, where we see Unity of Italy Square (Europe’s largest seafront square), the Giuseppe Verdi Opera House, and the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas.
We continue to Postojna Caves in Slovenia, the world’s second-largest cave system. A train ride and guided walk through illuminated stalactites and stalagmites offer a magical experience.
Arrival in Ljubljana, hotel check-in. Free time to enjoy this elegant, green, and culturally vibrant capital. Overnight stay.
Breakfast and departure to the breathtaking Lake Bled. Optional boat ride on a traditional pletna to the lake’s tiny island, home to a romantic Gothic church.
You may also visit the Bled Castle, perched high on a cliff.
Return to Ljubljana for a guided city tour: walk along the Ljubljanica River, cross the famous Triple Bridge, see Preseren Square, the Town Hall, St. Nicholas Cathedral, and the iconic Dragon Bridge. Free time to explore the Old Town. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, we depart for imperial Vienna. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour including the Opera House, Hofburg Palace, Parliament, City Hall, University, and more. Transfer to hotel and check-in.
Free afternoon to explore the city, shop, or relax in one of Vienna’s elegant cafés. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for our return flight to Larnaca, enchanted by the incredible beauty and culture of Austria, Croatia, and Slovenia.
