Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: €100 retention for operational expenses.
- Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the trip’s value retained.
- Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the trip’s value retained.
- Cancellation 20 days or less before departure: full retention of the amount.
For chartered transportation Flights, cruises, skiing, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees can reach 100% of the trip’s value, regardless of the notice date.
