6 Days Rome – Tuscany – Cinque Terre

After breakfast, city tour of Rome. Visit the Colosseum, the largest ancient amphitheater in the world, the Arch of Constantine, and the Roman Forum. Passing through the Imperial Fora, we will reach the Capitoline Hill and Piazza Venezia, with the impressive monument dedicated to Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of unified modern Italy. We will also see the famous Trevi Fountain, where you can toss a coin and make a wish, and the bustling Spanish Steps Square, one of Italy’s most beautiful squares. Afterward, we continue to the Vatican and the grand St. Peter’s Basilica, the largest church in the world built over the tomb of St. Peter, where we will also see Michelangelo’s famous sculpture, the Pietà. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the charming neighborhoods of Rome, like the picturesque Trastevere, known for its narrow cobbled streets, lively bars, and restaurants that create a unique atmosphere. Overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Siena. Eleven roads lead to the beautiful central Piazza del Campo, where the medieval Town Hall stands. On our walking tour, we will admire the medieval mansions, churches, and the Cathedral of Siena, dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, which is considered one of the greatest masterpieces of art in Italy. We then visit the medieval town of San Gimignano, famous for its towering medieval towers that give it a fairytale-like appearance. In the late afternoon, we transfer to the hotel in Montecatini Terme, one of Italy's most elegant spa towns. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we depart for the unique Florence, a city of incredible artistic heritage and enchanting beauty. During our tour, we will see Piazza San Giovanni with the Baptistery of St. John and the Renaissance Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with Brunelleschi’s famous dome. We will continue to Piazza della Signoria, where the Neptune Fountain and a replica of Michelangelo’s David statue stand. Here, you will also find the Palazzo Vecchio, which houses the city's Town Hall, and the Loggia with statues by renowned Florentine sculptors. Next, we will visit the famous Uffizi Gallery, the iconic Ponte Vecchio bridge lined with jewelers, and Piazza Repubblica, one of Florence’s central squares. Free time for shopping or visiting the Pitti Palace, the luxurious residence of the Medici family. Return to Montecatini for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, embark on a magical cruise to the picturesque villages of Cinque Terre, perched on the cliffs of the southern Italian Riviera in the Ligurian Sea. The area is one of the most beautiful in Italy and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. Starting from La Spezia, we will visit some of the most beautiful medieval villages, where you will have free time for lunch and to explore the narrow, picturesque streets and enjoy the stunning scenery. In the late afternoon, we return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we depart for the historic city of Pisa, famous for its medieval walls and the world-renowned Leaning Tower, one of the most photographed landmarks in the world, which has been a source of fascination for visitors for over 800 years. We then continue to Rome’s airport for our return flight. Arrival in Larnaca late in the evening, impressed by the incredible beauty we have witnessed.
