  • Up to 45 days before departure: €100 withheld for administrative fees.

  • 44 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost is withheld.

  • 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is withheld.

  • 20 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Day 1: Larnaca – Athens – Patras

Departure from Larnaca Airport to Athens with a Cyprus Airways flight. Arrival and pick-up by our leader. Immediately afterwards, departure by luxury coach for Patras, with an intermediate stop for coffee. Along the way we will enjoy beautiful images of Central Greece and the Rio-Antirrio bridge, one of the modern wonders of engineering. Arrival in Patras – a vibrant coastal town with a strong commercial and cultural character, known for the famous Patras Carnival. Check-in at the hotel and time for rest or an afternoon walk in the coastal zone.

Tour After breakfast, the walking tour of Patras begins. We will get to know the most characteristic parts of the city: George I Square with the Municipal Theater "Apollon", the Roman Odeon that hosts festivals every summer, the Holy Church of Agios Andreas, one of the largest churches in the Balkans and the Castle of Patras that offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Patras. Wandering in the old town, in the alleys with the neoclassical mansions and the shopping streets full of life. Optionally, a visit to the Carnival Museum, for a first contact with the history and spirit of the institution. Free time for coffee, shopping or lunch. In the afternoon, it is recommended for a leisurely walk on the beach or a visit to a winery for a tasting of the famous Mavrodaphne of Patras.

Day 3: Patras – Nafpaktos - Mountainous Nafpaktia

Breakfast and departure for a wonderful excursion to Mountainous Nafpaktia. Crossing the Rio-Antirio bridge we reach the picturesque Nafpaktos, with the well-preserved Venetian harbor and its castle that dominates the hill. We continue to the beautiful villages of Mountainous Nafpaktia – Ano Chora, Elatos, Terpsithea – which stand out for their stone architecture, fir forests and authentic atmosphere. Stop for an optional lunch at a traditional tavern with Greek recipes and local wine. Late afternoon return to Patras. In the evening, optional participation in carnival evening events, which are already bringing the city to life, is proposed.

Day 4: Patras Carnival

The day is entirely dedicated to the Patras Carnival, the most famous and spectacular in Greece! After breakfast, we will attend the Great Parade of Floats and Groups, a festival of colors, music and creativity that floods the streets of Patras. We will enjoy the pulse of the Carnival, the costumes, the satire and the inexhaustible energy of the people of Patras. Free afternoon for walks, coffee and participation in outdoor feasts. In the evening, those who wish, can watch the spectacular burning of the Carnival King in the harbor – the climax of the three days.

Day 5: Patras – Loutraki – Kouloumi Lunch – Athens – Larnaca

Breakfast and departure for Athens. On the way, stop in Loutraki to celebrate Koulouma with a traditional Lenten meal: lagana, tarama, halva, olives, stuffed vine leaves and seafood accompanied by wine or ouzo. The atmosphere is festive, with music, dancing and the beginning of Lent. After lunch, we continue to Athens Airport for the return flight to Larnaca (departure 20:55). Arrival late at night with wonderful memories of the Patras Carnival and Greek hospitality.
