Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: A 30% deposit of the trip’s total cost is required.
Full Payment: Must be made at least 21 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: €100 retention for operational expenses.
Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the trip’s value retained.
Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the trip’s value retained.
Cancellation 20 days or less before departure: full retention of the amount.

For chartered transportation Flights, cruises, skiing, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees can reach 100% of the trip’s value, regardless of the notice date.

Itinerary

Gather at Larnaca Airport and fly to Athens. Upon arrival, pick up and visit the Monastery of St. Ephraim in Nea Makri for a pilgrimage. Return to the airport and fly to Mytilene. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, head to the Monastery of St. Raphael to attend the Great Vespers for the feast of St. Raphael. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for the monastery of St. Raphael, Nicholas, and Irene, one of the most famous pilgrimage sites due to the miraculous deeds of the saints. After the procession, travel to the mountain village of Agiasos to visit the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, famous for its miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary. On the way back to Mytilene, visit the old town and the churches of St. Therapon and St. Athanasius. Free time and return to the hotel.

After breakfast, visit the village of Mandra Mados and the Taxiarches Monastery, home to the miraculous icon of Archangel Michael. Then head to the picturesque village of Molyvos, known for its Genoese castle. Free time for a walk through the cobblestone streets and a visit to the picturesque harbor. Continue to Petra, known for the large rock at its center, topped by the Church of Panagia Glykofilousa. Optional lunch, then visit the Limonos Monastery, considered one of the jewels of the island. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon

Breakfast at the hotel and free day. An optional day trip is available to the picturesque town of Ayvalik in Turkey. After customs procedures, take a boat to Ayvalik for a walking tour of its historic streets, which still maintain a strong Greek influence. Explore the local market before returning to Mytilene in the afternoon.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to the Varia district in Mytilene, where the famous Greek painter Theophilos was born. Visit the Theophilos Museum, which houses 86 of his works. Continue to Plomari, the second-largest town on the island, known for its ouzo production. Enjoy some free time in the town. On the way to Mytilene Airport, stop at the Magdalene Catacombs in Skopelos. Depart from Mytilene to Larnaca with a stop in Athens for a connecting flight.
