Breakfast and free day to enjoy the city as you wish. We could say that Knez Mihailova Street is the top spot of the city for the Christmas season and beyond. It is the main pedestrian shopping zone in Belgrade and is considered a landmark of the city. The entire street is decorated with Christmas decorations and lights, wooden houses and a huge Christmas tree, and the impressive buildings are further enhanced by the decorations. It will fascinate you so much that you will really want to wander around there for hours. Belgrade's grand Christmas market takes place in the main square of the city Trg Republike, which turns into Open Heart Square. It is filled with wooden benches and houses with handmade objects, Christmas decorations, souvenirs and of course Christmas treats and plenty of hot aromatic wine. Night.
Breakfast and free day to enjoy the illuminated Belgrade. We recommend an optional excursion to the northern regions of Serbia and to the Serbian co-capital. Our first stop is the Hopovo Monastery, one of the many Monasteries in the Fruska Gora area. Then we will depart for the beautiful town of Sremski Karlovci. In the center of the city we will see buildings of rich architecture such as the old Patriarchate, the church of St. Nicholas, the first Serbian Gymnasium, the Theological School and others. We continue to the second largest city in Serbia, Novi Sad. We will visit the Petravaradin fortress located on the banks of the Danube. In the city of Novi Sad, we will see, among other things, the Catholic Church of the Virgin Mary and the City Hall. Free time to take your walks in this beautiful city. Return to our hotel in Belgrade. Night.
