Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: A 30% deposit of the trip’s total cost is required.
Full Payment: Must be made at least 21 days before departure.

Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: Retention of 30% of the trip cost.
Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: Retention of 50% of the trip cost.
Cancellation 20 days before departure: Retention of the full amount.

For full charter bookings, cruises, ski trips, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees can reach up to 100% of the trip cost, regardless of the cancellation notice date.

Highlights

The Local Accommodation Tax is calculated per night and is payable directly at your chosen accommodation. It is set by the Greek government as follows:

1 & 2 Stars: €1.50 per night

3 Stars: €3.50 per night

4 Stars: €7.00 per night

5 Stars: €10.00 per night

Example: For a 3-night stay at a 2-star hotel, the accommodation tax would be:

€1.50 x 3 nights = €4.50 accommodation tax.
