Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

• Full Payment: Must be made at least 21 days before departure.

• Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: A fee of €100.00 will be retained for administrative expenses.
• Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost will be retained.
• Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be retained.
• Cancellation 20 days before departure: The entire amount will be retained.

For Charter Flights, Cruises, Ski Trips, Exhibitions, Conferences, and Similar International Events, cancellation fees may reach up to 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation notification
