7 Days Panorama of Portugal

After breakfast, we’ll take a guided tour of Lisbon, built on the banks of the Tagus River and said to be named by Ulysses. We’ll drive along the central Avenida da Liberdade, pass through Rossio Square, and reach the heart of the city.
Following the riverbank, we’ll arrive in Belém, where we’ll see the Belém Tower, the departure point for the explorers of the 15th–16th centuries, and the Monument to the Discoveries.
We will visit the Royal Carriage Museum and the Gothic-style Jerónimos Monastery.
In the afternoon, there will be time to explore one of Europe’s largest aquariums, the Oceanário de Lisboa, and enjoy shopping at Vasco da Gama Mall.

After breakfast, we depart for Sintra, the fairy-tale town that Lord Byron called “Glorious Eden.” Known for its romantic architecture and palaces, Sintra is one of Portugal’s top attractions.
On our way back, we’ll follow the Atlantic coastline, stopping at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, and passing through Estoril and Cascais—two charming seaside towns once favored by European royalty.
Return to Lisbon.
Optional dinner with live Fado music at a local restaurant is available in the evening.

After breakfast, we head north toward Porto. Our first stop is the medieval town of Óbidos, known for its whitewashed houses, flowered balconies, and charming atmosphere.
Next, we visit Coimbra, one of Europe’s oldest university cities, rich in history, monuments, and art.
We then continue to the beautiful city of Porto.

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided city tour of Porto, a city that captures the authentic soul of Portugal. Located along the Douro River, Porto charms visitors with its colorful buildings, flowered balconies, and historic atmosphere.
Highlights include the Dom Luís I Bridge, baroque architecture, cozy bookstores and cafés, and a visit to the Palácio da Bolsa (Stock Exchange Palace)—a stunning blend of Gothic and Moorish design built between 1842 and 1850.
The afternoon is free for personal exploration.
In the evening, we recommend a stroll along the Ribeira district with a refreshing Portonic cocktail, or a walk across the famous Ponte de Dom Luís, designed by Eiffel’s apprentice, offering panoramic views of Porto by night.

After breakfast, we begin our excursion to the Minho province, considered Portugal’s most beautiful region.
Our first stop is Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal’s first king, with a charming medieval town center that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We continue to Braga, a city of Baroque elegance, known for its long religious and commercial history. Highlights include the 12th-century cathedral, one of the most beautiful in the country, and the Bom Jesus do Monte sanctuary, with its lovely gardens and scenic location.
We then head to Porto Airport for our return flight.
