Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed no later than 21 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Terms:

Up to 45 days before departure: €100 withheld for administrative fees.
44 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost is withheld.
30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is withheld.
20 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

For charter services, cruises, ski trips, trade shows, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees may reach 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation date

Highlights

The Local Accommodation Tax is calculated per overnight stay and is payable directly at the accommodation of your choice. It is determined by the Greek Government as follows:
1 & 2 Star Hotels: €2.00
3 Star Hotels: €5.00
4 Star Hotels: €10.00
5 Star Hotels: €15.00
Example:
A 3-night stay in a 2-star hotel: €2.00 x 3 nights = €6.00 Accommodation Tax.
