Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed no later than 21 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Terms:

Up to 45 days before departure: €100 withheld for administrative fees.
44 to 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost is withheld.
30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is withheld.
20 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

For charter services, cruises, ski trips, trade shows, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees may reach 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation date.

Highlights

The local accommodation tax is calculated per overnight stay and is payable directly at your chosen hotel. This tax is mandated by the Greek government and is applied as follows:
1 & 2-star hotels: €2.00 per night
3-star hotels: €5.00 per night
4-star hotels: €10.00 per night
5-star hotels: €15.00 per night
Example: A 3-night stay at a 2-star hotel = €2.00 × 3 nights = €6.00 total tax
