Athens and Argosaronic Islands

After breakfast, we will enjoy a full-day cruise to Hydra, an island with a rich naval tradition. On Hydra, we will visit the Metropolitan Church and the Hydra Museum, which displays documents and manuscripts from pre-revolutionary, revolutionary, and post-revolutionary periods of Greek history. Free time for lunch. We continue to the beautiful Spetses. Walking through the picturesque streets with flower-filled gardens, you will admire the 18th-century mansions, which reflect Spetses' rich history. In your free time, we recommend visiting the house of Bouboulina, the Spetses Museum - the house of Hatzigiannis Mexis, the old harbor, and the historic Dapia Square. Don't forget to buy traditional Spetses almond pastries. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Today's day is dedicated to the lush island of Poros. From the Galatas port, we will take a 10-minute ferry to the island. We will hike up to the historic Clock Tower to enjoy the scenery and feel the grandeur of the old days when Athenian aristocrats had their mansions here. Free time to wander through narrow streets and whitewashed houses, where you’ll find many tavernas. Return to the hotel. Free time, dinner, and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we depart towards Nafplio, which still retains all its traditional features, untouched by time. A unique place full of natural beauty and culture that has been flourishing for centuries and continues to captivate every visitor. We will tour the charming old town of Nafplio, visit the imposing Palamidi Castle, and stroll through the Old Town to see the Church of Saint Spyridon, the building where the assassination of Greece's first governor, Ioannis Kapodistrias, took place, the impressive Syntagma Square with two Turkish mosques (one of which was used for the first Greek parliament sessions), and the city's symbol, the Bourtzi Fortress. Free time and then continue to our hotel in Athens. Arrival and check-in. The rest of the day is free

Breakfast and a free day in Athens. We suggest taking a fun 60-minute guided tour of Athens with the Happy Train. You can also walk through Ermou Street, lose yourself in the picturesque alleys of Plaka, or visit Monastiraki with its outdoor markets and stalls, or enjoy a coffee in Thissio with a view of the Acropolis.

Breakfast and free time. Early afternoon departure for the Athenian Riviera, a stunning coastal route along the Saronic Gulf, starting from the Flisvos Marina and ending at Cape Sounion. We will pass through Glyfada, Voula, the Vouliagmeni Lake, and stop at Varkiza with its beautiful organized beaches, where you'll have time to enjoy fresh fish and seafood meze in traditional tavernas and ouzeries. On the way to Sounion, we will pass through Lagonisi and Saronida. Free time to visit Sounion, where the Temple of Poseidon stands tall. Enjoy the breathtaking view and take photographs. We will continue to the airport for our flight back to Larnaca.
