- Up to 45 days before departure: Cancellation is allowed with a charge of €100 for administrative costs.
- Between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the trip value will be retained.
- Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the trip value will be retained.
- Within 20 days before departure: The full amount will be retained.
For charter flights, cruises, ski trips, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, cancellation fees may reach up to 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation notice period.
