Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

• Booking Confirmation: A 30% deposit of the trip’s total cost is required.
• Full Payment: Must be made at least 21 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: Retention of €100.00 for administrative fees.
• Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: Retention of 30% of the trip cost.
• Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: Retention of 50% of the trip cost.
• Cancellation 20 days before departure: Retention of the full amount.

For special cases such as full charter bookings, cruises, ski trips, exhibitions, conferences, and other international events, the cancellation fees can reach up to 100% of the trip cost, regardless of the cancellation notice date.
