Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: A 30% deposit of the trip’s total cost is required.
  • Full Payment: Must be made at least 21 days before departure.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to 45 days before departure: A fee of €100.00 will be retained for administrative expenses.
  • Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost will be retained.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be retained.
  • Cancellation 20 days before departure: The entire amount will be retained.

 

For chartered transportation (charter), cruises, ski trips, exhibitions, conferences, and similar international events, the cancellation fees may reach up to 100% of the total cost, regardless of the cancellation notification date.

  • The Local Accommodation Tax is calculated per night of stay and is payable directly at your chosen accommodation. The tax is set by the Greek government as follows:

  • 3 stars: €3.50
